Ep 19// What are habits and how long do they take to stick?

What are habits? Today, I talk about what habits are and how long it takes for them to stick in your routine. It does take time for a habit to become a part of your routine, but if you make small steps and changes along the way, you can make a new routine that works for you to be healthier.

I also mention taking an inventory of the habits you already have, so you don’t have to re-invent the those that are working for you.
