School is out, but that doesn’t mean you have to give up on keeping your healthier habits in place. It means you may need to be a little more creative to fit in the exercise, the meals, and the self care that you typically do. Be willing to be flexible and think outside the box to make sure you are taking care of yourself and your family this summer.

You can still have fun, but allowing yourself some grace will go a long way so you don’t start all over again when the kids back to school. Think about how you want to look and feel by the end of the summer. Where can you still fit in the most important pieces to your routine? What is most crucial to you to continue?
