Hey mama friend!

Have you ever felt overwhelmed when you look on your phone at your calendar or your to do list? I know I sure have. The list never seems to end.

Today, I talk about building in some white space or downtime along with a few items you can do during that time to refill you so you come back ready to tackle the next things.

Looking at my calendar on my desktop makes it a little easier, but I still need to plan for breaks so I can give my brain and body a break.

You may need to schedule some time in your day intentionally so you have a pause in your day. You will thank yourself when you do.
