In today’s episode, I give you some hacks to get that exercise back on track so you can give yourself some self care and self love. Just what you need to keep moving forward and be present for your family.
Knowing what exercise you enjoy can help you make a plan. You also need to have an idea of how long you want to get your body moving, but you may need to shift your mindset on the amount of time unless you have help with kiddos.
Think about where it can and will fit in your day. How can you make it happen.
You are managing the family and working hard, so you may need to carve out some me time to get it in there.
