Working towards being healthier can feel like a daunting task, especially when you are busy with kiddos and working from home. Ultimately, you want to enjoy spending time with your kids, but if you don’t have the energy, it isn’t so fun. 

It may feel like you never have time for those big hairy audacious goals that you have, but if you break those down into smaller bite sized pieces and stack those little wins up, before you know it you are farther than you thought.

Our brains are wired for rewards so getting even a small win can help you keep up with that momentum. 

How can you climb that mountain that you want to get to the top of? One step at a time. Choose 1 step that you can implement and be consistent with it. You may need to be flexible, but keep trying. You can get there.

Celebrate every little win you get because at the end of the day, you have worked hard to get where you are. Grow as you find new ways to accomplish where you are headed.
