Working from home has it pros and cons.
If you get busy and need a snack, you might just grab whatever you can find without thinking about it. Eventually, you may wish you had chosen something different or not at all.
In today’s episode, I give you some quick tips for having snack at the reay for when you need them during your day or if you need to take them with you.
I know it can be easy just to go grab what is in the pantry or one of the snacks you have for the kids, but you may not want to eat that way.
Having snacks that you feel good about will allow you to stay on track with how you want to eat, but also allow you to take care of yourself.
Fruit and veggie trays or chopped fruit/veggies with some form of protein can keep you fueled until your next meal. But if they aren’t prepped, you will grab those goldfish, cookies, or a granola bar. Those items are ok if you want them to be, but you may want something else to enjoy.
