Hi, I am Joy Vincent of Joyful Wellbeing Mama and I have created Healthier Habits Mama after my own journey of trying to figure out how to manage working, staying at home, and then working from home while raising my children. I am a mama to 8, which I solo parented 7 of those after a divorce. I got tired of not taking care of me and was exhausted trying to do all the things. I had to learn how to pivot and find simpler ways to take care of me while raising my family.
