In this podcast, I want to share with you some of my tips and tricks that I have been putting into place, but also have helped hundreds of others wanting to be healthier and decrease risk for chronic illness helping them find the tips and strategies that work for them while living their busy lives. I will touch on eating better, being active, and getting rest. I will show you some simpler ways to put yourself back on the front burner so you can take care of you while raising your family. If this sounds like something that fits your needs, then you are in the right place. Hi, I am Joy Vincent of Joyful Wellbeing Mama. I am a Nationally Board Certified Health and Wellbeing Coach, but with certifications in Women’s Wellness Education, Stress Management, and Sleep Science. I am a mama to 8, which I solo parented 7 of those while working after a high conflict divorce. I got tired of not taking care of me and was exhausted trying to do all the things. I had to learn how to pivot and find simpler ways to take care of me in regards to healthier habits while raising my family. In this episode, I collaborated with Dr. Bobbie and Dr. Jess from Two Gals and a Glass Half full podcast. We have  a great conversation around mamas trying to fit in healthier habits and how they manage it as well as many tips to try to make it work for their listeners and mine. We also talk about celebrating wins and being ok with small habits.
I  split this into 2 episodes because of the length of our conversation. Here is a little more about them. 
 
Dr. Bobbie and Dr. Jess are two physical therapists doing their best to keep their sanity and enjoy each day in this crazy life. They strive (most days) to live healthy, see their personal glasses and half full (some days this is much harder than others), and hope to share that perspective with their listeners.
 
Dr. Jess is the owner and founder of Core Essentials Physical Therapy & Wellness in Jacksonville Beach, FL.  She holds advanced certifications in Manual Therapy, Lymphedema Therapy, Oncological Rehabilitation, and Dry Needling. She specializes in Breast Cancer Recovery and complex musculoskeletal disorders.  She enjoys sharing her knowledge with others to encourage transition from injury to leading a wellness based lifestyle.  Through the podcast, 2 Gals and a Glass Half Full, she co-hosts with her colleague and dear friend Dr. Bobbie, she is able to share her knowledge and encourage others outside of her clinic on strategies to living a healthier and more wellness based lifestyle.
 
Dr. Bobbie is the owner and founder of Level Up Osteopractic and Wellness in Naperville, IL. She holds advanced certifications in spinal manipulation, dry needling, and completed a fellowship in orthopedic manual physical therapy. She has a special interest in working with athletes, gymnasts in particular, with the goal of treating the whole athlete and keeping them in their sport at the highest level possible.
